We bought our bucket pong about 2 years ago. This year one of the buckets cracked. I went on the website to see if I could purchase a single bucket. Then we noticed the lifetime guarantee I sent an email and the customer service was great. No issue getting a replacement and now we are back to playing.

Simply notify the company if one of your buckets has a manufacturing defect, and it will be repaired or replaced for free. This warranty doesn’t cover lost or stolen items, normal wear and tear, improper care, nonstandard usage or negligence.
